Consultation
I always offer an initial consultation to discuss various options for your project. During the consultation I will asses your organizations business model, project, competition, and market needs. Based on the criteria derived from the initial consultation we can define an overall scope and clear objectives for the project.
Proposal
Proposals are delivered by mail, fax, online, and or in person. My proposal outlines the fee structure and the schedule of phases. Upon your approval of the proposal and all attached projects items, I proceed to the “4 Phases of Development and Design”.
4 Phases of Development and Design
Phase One
Asset Collection and Selection
Complete information and content for the given project is
collected and allocated to its designated departments.
Phase Two
Development and Design
Upon collecting all necessary assets as requested for the project, the project enters the development and design phase. All material will be produced based on the original specifications.
Phase Three
Approval, Revisions, and Quality Control
After a project has been developed and or designed, I arrange for the project to accept revisions needed to be ready for the approval stage. Once the project is approved, the project still goes through one last quality assurance test before moving on to Phase Four.
Phase Four
Production, Delivery, Distribution, and Launching
Once your project has been approved and all quality control measures have been
addressed, the final phase in the project life cycle begins. In the final phase the
production, delivery, distribution, and launching of a project occurs.
